Research and many studies in the field of medicine have shown that turmeric has many positive effects on our health. Indeed, it is amazingly powerful because it improves the state of the cardio system by having the same effects as a cardio workout.
It contains polyphenol which is also called curcumin . The curcumin acts on the work of the heart and lowers the risk of heart attack by fifty percent after surgeries for bypass.
One project followed thirty-two middle aged women and women in their post menopause period and separated them in 3 groups. The first one was given curcumin, the second was doing exercises continually, while the group 3 wasn’t given any activities.
The group 1 followed their usual menu as previously, and had to consume 150mg of turmeric every day. The women who were doing exercises were going to aerobic classes three times a week, but they walked and cycled too.
The study took part in the period of 42 days. After that period the results proved that the women from the groups with activities had blood vessels in a very good state.
There was a similar research about turmeric effects on the effects of turmeric on the level of tolerance of stress and exercising among women who suffered heart problems
Researchers discovered that the combination of daily exercises and the consumption of turmeric lowers the problems with the cardio-vascular system.
Turmeric has been proved to be beneficial in the curing of above six hundred health problems.
It also gives astonishing results in combination with exercise. H
However it is good to know that it cannot give effects only by its own. Moreover the turmeric soothes pain and inflammation which appear as a result of a workout.
